How can I obtain a letter from the University confirming my UK address?

  • Login to your Student Record here
  • Navigate to the Personal tab and select Student Letter Requests
  • From the dropdown box select Address Letter
  • Select Make Request
  • Confirm whether the addresses listed are correct.
  • Select the course the letter should refer to
  • Select the language of letter
  • Select whether you wish to print the letter yourself or if you are unable to print.
  • If you are unable to print your letter, please note that you will be required to collect a copy of your printed letter in person from the Academic Quality and Records Office
  • If you selected to print your letter, a PDF document should be generated and downloaded in your browser.
  • Print the document.
  • Please note, the certificate must be printed in colour.
  • If for any reason you are unable to produce a certificate, please contact aocstaff@aber.ac.uk
  • Please note you will be unable to print a letter showing you are living in University Halls of Residence until you have checked in with the Accommodation Office.
