How do I email my file directly to the central printers?

You can email your file as an attachment from your Aberystwyth University email address* to:

• blackandwhite@aber.ac.uk
• colour@aber.ac.uk

The following file types are allowed:

• Microsoft Excel: xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx
• Microsoft PowerPoint: pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx
• Microsoft Word: doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf, txt
• PDF files: No password protection or other file restrictions
• Image Files: bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff XPS xps

* for registered users without an AU email you will be able to use the email address you gave when you registered with us
