There is no Create new list button in Aspire - how can I arrange for it to appear so I can add reading lists?

If you have logged into Aspire, clicked on My Lists and there is no Create new list button on the right of the page, you do not currently have permission to create, edit or publish Aspire lists. 

These are the Astra roles that support creating and publishing Aspire lists

Module Coordinator
01 Instructor
02 Tutor
07 Blackboard Departmental Admin
11 Additional Instructor
12 Additional Tutor
14 Aspire Admin

Please find a list of Blackboard Administrators in your department who can apply one of these roles to one or more modules for you.

Once the appropriate role has been applied, sign into Aspire once more to check that the Create new list button is there.
