How do I save a document on my pen drive?

  • Save your file to the Documents folder
  • Plug in your USB pen drive
  • Open Computer
  • Browse to your Documents folder
  • Right click the file you want to copy
  • From the menu which appears choose Send to:
  • Choose you pen drive from this list
  • Click on Computer in the left hand pane
  • Open you pen drive and make sure your document is there
