How do I order more toner for our central printer

If your printer is reporting that it is low on toner or a waste toner you will need to:

• Contact Information Services
• Provide the the device name e.g. MFD005
• Provide details of which toner it is asking to be replaced

The toners will be made available for you to collect from the Hugh Owen Library during our opening hours

Please note - We are only able to provide a replacement where the toner level has reached less than 10%. We only receive replacement toners from our supplier when the new toner has been inserted into the MFD. As we have a limited supply we are unable to allow departments to keep stocks locally.
