I have returned my library loans, why are they still appearing on my account?

Due to COVID-19 all items returned to University libraries have to be quarantined before staff can process them.

This can take up to 7 days.

When an item is removed from your library account you will receive an email.

If you have not received an email advising you that the item has been returned after seven days please contact is@aber.ac.uk
