How do I check the availability of the group study rooms in the Library?

• Log into webmail
• Click the small calendar icon
• In the Search Calendar bar at the top, type in Hugh Owen Group Study Room followed by the room number:
  
• Click on the corresponding calendar icon to add the calendar to your outlook
• Select the calendar to view the availability
  

You can view multiple calendars at once to see which rooms are available
