How do I add a note to student or a note to library in Aspire?

  • Sign in to Aspire ( How do I do that? )
  • Click on My Lists
  • Click on the list with the item you want to add a note to
  • Click on Edit and Edit list

  • Click on Edit notes and importance next to the item you wish to add a note to
    edit notes and importance
  • Add your notes to the boxes provided and click Save
    save notes


  • To make the note visible to the students or library staff, publish your list ( How do I do that? )
