How does a new member of staff activate their computing account?

• Staff are emailed instructions for activating their IT account up to two weeks before their start date
• If you haven't received an activation email then you will need to visit the Enquiry Desk (Where are they?), bringing with you some form of photo identification (driving licence, passport etc).

We recommend that you call first (01970 62) 2400 to make sure your account is ready for you.
