My Information Monitor isn't working, what do I do?

If you are experiencing any problems with your Information Monitor or your content is not showing, make sure:

• The Information Monitor is switched on
  
• The input is set to OPTION D
  
• You are using supported content. ( What types of content can I put on my Information Monitor? )

When the above have been confirmed as working perform the following checks:

• Switch the information monitor off and back on using the power button on the front control panel

If the Information Monitor is still not working:

• make a note anything being displayed on the screen
• make a note of the colour of the power LED

and contact Information Services with the information gathered.
