How do I change the scan quality on the central printers?

  • Log in to the printer (How do I log in to the central printers?)
  • Press Scan
  • Choose Scan to Email, Scan to Filestore or Scan to OneDrive depending on where you would like the scanned document to be sent
  • Press Settings
  • Change the DPI settings to change the quality of your scan. A higher DPI setting will increase quality
