How do I limit who can send to my email list?

You can select specifc users to be listed as posters on a mailing list. This will mean only certain users will be able to send to a mailing list.

  • Log on to Manage My Account 
  • Click View and manage my email lists
  • Find the list you wish to edit. You will need to be a registered owner or editor.
  • Click Edit List
  • Add or remove any email addresses to/from the Posters section to manage who can send to the mailing list.
    Note - if you leave this field blank anyone (including spammers) will be able to send emails to your list   
  • Once finished click Submit Changes
  • Then click Submit Changes again.
