Why must I set the Importance for everything in my Aspire reading list?

If you label a book as Essential, the Library will aim to stock one unlimited-use ebook or physical copies (one for each 15 students on a module) if an ebook is not available.

If you label a book as Further Reading, the Library will aim to stock one copy of the book which may be a physical copy or an ebook.
