How do I set up my email and calendar on my phone? (Android)

You can access your University email from the Microsoft Outlook app  (recommended):

• iPhone

You can also add your account to your device's email client by using the manual steps below

The menu screens for a specific Android tablet may vary in terminology but the basic instructions are the same:

• Open the Notification Tray
  

• Click on the Settings cog 
  

• Tap Accounts 
  
  

• Tap Add account
  
• Select Account type: Exchange
  

• Input your Aber E-mail address
  

• Enter your password

• Approve the sign in using your preferred 2-step authentication method e.g. the authentication app or an SMS message
