How do I check a (teaching) room booking?

Room bookings can be checked online at the Aberystwyth University Online Timetable web page.

Visit https://timetable.aber.ac.uk/
Enter your user name and password and click Login or Proceed as guest
From the menu choose Rooms
From the dropdown menu Select zone choose the campus
Select which room for which you would like to check the availability. To select multiple rooms hold down the Ctrl key
Choose the View you would like. Select Classic list view for a list or Calendar view / Classic calendar view for a grid format
Select a week to view, or choose All weeks to see the availability throughout the year
Select All days to see the entire week or Week days for week days only
From the dropdown menu Time choose days, evenings or both
Click View timetable
Results will be displayed in a new tab. If prompted, allow pop-ups for this site
To navigate between weeks, click the buttons at the top corners of the page
