How do I refile email messages from my Inbox or Sent Items into a specific folder? (Office 365)

  • To create a new filing folder:

    • Right click your Inbox

    • Click Create New Folder

    • Type a Name for the folder
    • Press Enter
  • Moving emails to your new folder:
    • Right click the email you wish to move
    • Click Move►
    • Browse to the new folder
    • Click Move
