How do I create rules for filtering and refiling my email? (Outlook)
- Open Outlook
- Select Home Tab
- Click Rules
- Click Manage Rules & Alerts
- To create a new rule, select New Rule...
- Select the rule template you would like to use from Step 1
- Edit the rule description by clicking the underlined text in Step 2
- Press Next
- Select Conditions, Actions and any Exceptions completing Step 1 and 2 in the following windows
- In the Finish Rule Setup window:
- Step 1: Give the rule a name
- Step 2: Choose rule options
- Step 3: Review the rule
- Select Finish
