How do I pick up a call that is on Hold?

• Login to the phone
• Putting a call on hold
• Transferring a call
• Logging out of the phone

Putting a call on hold

• Press the Hold button

• To Resume the Call, press the button below Resume
  
  

• The Hold Icon should be displayed in the left hand side while on hold
