How do I stop someones mail being blocked by the spam filters? (Webmail)
- Logon to Webmail ( Where do I do that? )
- Click the cog wheel in the top right hand corner
- Click View all Outlook Settings
- Click Email then Junk email from the left-hand side
- Click Add button and type the email address in.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen

Messages which have already been sent have been filed into the Junk E-mail folder. Any new emails from the whitelisted address will go directly to your Inbox.
