What are local printer reps responsible for doing?

Local printer reps are responsible for

• ordering paper
• ensuring the MFDs are kept filled with paper
• replacing empty toners. These will be sent automatically via the internal post when the printer reports it is running low. The toner will have the device name on it e.g. MFD017. It should be stored near the printer so it is to hand when the printer runs out. Toners cannot be changed until the device reports it is empty.
• sending empty toner cartridges and waste toner cartridges for recycling
• fixing basic paper jams
• reporting faults to IT Services
