What are local printer reps responsible for doing?

Local printer reps are responsible for

• ordering paper from the central printing cost code
• ensuring the MFDs are kept filled with paper
• replacing empty toners and waste toners. These will be sent automatically via the internal post when the printer reports it is running low. It will be addressed to the printer rep and should be kept near the printer so it is to hand when the printer runs out. Toners shouldn't be changed until they report they are empty.
• sending empty toner cartridges and waste toner cartridges for recycling
• fixing basic paper jams
• reporting faults to Information Services
