How do I read and print from a CUP e-book I have found in Primo?

Read a CUP book

• Visit Primo and Sign in
• Enter the details of the e-book that you want to read:

Which will then show this result:

• Click See all versions

• On the version that has Online access, click view full text.

 

• New window will open to

  
• When the new window opens, scroll down past the publisher’s information to find the chapter that you want to read. Click on PDF. The document will then open in a new window

 

Printing from a CUP book

In order to comply with copyright law, the publisher will only allow you to print a certain percentage of the e-book.

Follow the steps above to open the chapter that you want to print.

• When the window showing the chapter you want to print is open, press Ctrl and P , the Print dialogue box will then open.

• Make sure the printer Name shows: [BlackandWhite on print.aber.ac.uk] 

• Specify the pages that you want to print.

• Click OK

Your pages will then be ready for printing.
