How can I add an Online Resource button to an item in an Aspire reading list?

• Log in to Aspire

• In the reading list, find the item you wish to add the Online Resource button to

• to the right of the item, click on three dots 

                 then choose Edit 

• On the next screen, In the Additional fields / Type, select Web address, then Add

      

• add the web address of the item to the box, then tick the Online Resource underneath.

 

• Ensure that the web address you have just added is selected by clicking the circle next to it, then click OK

• Click Save

If there are more than one online locations in the form you will prompted to choose which one to link to. N.B. it is important to choose contentstore.cla.co.uk in preference to others as this is a chapter or article digitised by library staff on request.
