How do I add or remove users from shared filestore on

Please note, the instructions below will only apply for the owner of a shared filestore.

  • Login to
  • Select Add or Remove Permissions
  • Under Permission sets I manage select the share you wish to manage.
  • Select Manage

Please note, owners are required to add users who they wish to have access to the shared filestore.

  • Enter the usernames in the username field and select Add
  • If you want to remove a user, locate their username and select Remove

  • It will take 15 minutes for these changes to update on the system.
  • After 15 minutes, users will be required to restart their machine.
  • The share will automatically appear when a user next logs into their computer.
