How do I configure voice mail to sort my messages how I like them (Unity)?

  • Login to the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant
  • Select Messaging Assistant
  • Go to Preferences -> Message playback
  • Here you can adjust the order of new messages in your Voice mailbox by newest or oldest first, by priority or type
