How do I record different greetings and set them to be played at certain times and dates?

You can only set an end date and time on a temporary greeting. This is done using an 'alternate greeting'.

• Dial voicemail on 2435
  • If you are off-campus, dial 01970 62 2435 and press * when the call is answered
  • Enter your extension number followed by #
• Enter your PIN followed by #
  • If you haven't logged in to your voicemail recently, you will be taken through a guided mailbox set up procedure. You will need to follow the instructions to complete this before you can change your greetings
• Press 4 for setup options
• Press 1 for greetings
• Press 2 for UK English
• Listen to your current greeting
• Press 2 for other greetings
• Record an Alternate Greeting
• Select the end time as instructed
• The message will play automatically until the end date you selected
