How do I change my voicemail PIN?

Change your PIN by calling your Voicemail from your phone

• Familiarise yourself with the guidelines for setting your PIN
• Access your Voice mail inbox (How do I do that?)
• Select Option 4 – Setup Options
• Select Option 3 – Preferences
• Select Option 1 – Change PIN
• Follow the instructions and save your new PIN

If you are unable to change your PIN using these methods, please contact Information Services (How do I do that?)

Please note: You can only change your PIN once every 30 minutes.
