Why must the Resource Type be correct in an Aspire bookmark?

If the Resource Type is incorrect when bookmarking a resource, it may not be purchased and/or digitised as needed.

e.g.

• if a book does not have the Resource Type: Book it will not be be purchased because it will not appear in the purchase reports taken from Aspire by library staff
• similarly, if chapters or articles do not have Chapter or Article as their Resource Type, they will not be reviewed for digitisation as they will not be visible via the review workflow in Aspire, even if they have "Please digitise" in the note for library.

Make sure when creating or editing a bookmark that you choose the correct Resource Type menu option
