How do I add a reading list for a module awaiting approval?

• Add a draft reading list for the module awaiting approval to Aspire as soon as you can

It will not be possible to publish the list right away because the module code will not be available when you try to link to hierarchy.

In April, after the scheduled hierarchy upload of new module codes to Aspire, library staff will link to hierarchy and publish any draft lists for new modules that have been approved. The lists will then be visible online via Aspire and library staff can begin buying books and digitising.

• If you are unable to link a draft list for a new module to the hierarchy, or publish it, by the end of April - please contact your subject librarian or librarians@aber.ac.uk
• Following the publication of your Aspire reading list, if you later discover further books, articles etc. that you would like to add to the list, please add them and re-publish the list.
