How do I add a room to my calendar appointment? (Webmail)

  • Go to
  • Login
  • From the Tile in the bottom left hand corner choose Calender
  • While creating or editing a calendar appointment, choose Add Room.
  • Once you start typing a list of rooms will appear.
  • Click the name of the room you wish to book: this name will appear in the Add a location box.
  • Please note: only rooms that are available during the times you have selected will be shown.
  • Click Save
