How do I import a pre-made rubric into a Turnitin assignment? (Staff)

Tutors can save rubrics created in Turnitin as a .rbc file for others to use. ( How do I do this? )

If you have received a rubric file from a colleague, you can import this into your Turnitin assignments.

  • In Blackboard, navigate to the module that holds the assignment.
  • Under Control Panel, click on Course Tools, then Turnitin assignment.
  • Select the assignment that needs the rubric.
  • Click on the Edit assignment settings option.

  • Select Import from the drop down list.
  • Either drag your rubric file from a folder on your computer into the specified area, or click Select Files to browse for the file on your computer.
