How do I manage the quota on my departmental disk.aber.ac.uk?

Please note, the instructions below will only apply for the owner of the departmental share.

• Visit MyAccount
• Select 'Manage my departments disk quota'
• Select the correct .disk server from the drop down list  and select 'Change Server'
• Select 'Repquota View'
• Search for the quota you wish to manage
  
• Select 'Edit'
• Select the extension size
• Enter a suitable reason
  
• Select 'Add Extension'
• The extension will then be viewable under 'Extension View' and will become live after 15 minutes
  
• To remove the quota, select 'Remove'
