How do I arrange a conference call?

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Click Calendar
  • Click New Appointment
  • Click Scheduling Assistant
  • Set Time and Date for the conference call. It is recommended to give yourself 15 minutes before the conference is due to start to allow time for setting up and parties to join
  • Click Add Room
  • Choose and Double click either Conference Number 1837 or Conference Number 2620
  • Click OK
  • Click Add Attendees
  • Search for attendees and click Required or Optional
  • Click OK
  • Click Meeting
  • Give the appointment a title
  • Click Send
  • You will automatically receive a confirmation E-mail
