How can I obtain a certificate from the University confirming my student registration?

  • Login to your Student Record
  • Navigate to the My Personal Information tab and select Download official letter
  • Select the course the letter should refer to from the dropdown box
  • From the dropdown box select Registration Certificate and Next
  • Read the guidelines before producing your letter
  • After producing the letter, it will appear under the heading Your letter request history
  • You can download this letter and print it at anytime
  • If you are unable to print your letter, please note that you will be required to collect a copy of your printed letter in person from the Academic Quality and Records Office
  • If you selected to print your letter, a PDF document should be generated
  • Print the document
  • Please note, the certificate must be printed in colour
  • If for any reason you are unable to produce a certificate, please contact aocstaff@aber.ac.uk
  • Please note you will be unable to print a Registration Certificate if you have not yet completed registration for the current academic year
