How long does the Disabled Student’s Allowance (DSA) process take?

Depending on the time of year it can take several weeks (10 working days) as Student Finance assess the evidence. You can expect a Letter of Eligibility from Student Finance telling you to organise a Study Needs Assessment (SNA). Contact learner-support@aber.ac.uk as soon as you receive the notification email and/or letter. Unless we already have your evidence, we will need a copy of what you originally sent to Student Finance when applying for DSA along with the letter/email stating you are eligible.
