If I take temporary withdrawal can I still access my email for the time in which I am withdrawn?

  • When you withdraw from University your IT/Library account will lock
  • If there is a recognisable academic need, access to IT/Library facilities may be granted to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students who have withdrawn from their studies.
  • This needs to be requested by the Head of Department. Please email is@aber.ac.uk to request this.
  • There is a charge of £15.00 per month for this access.
  • Access to IS facilities cannot be provided to Postgraduate Research students that are temporarily withdrawn.
  • Students who have withdrawn from University are welcome to make use of visitor access to IT/Library facilities. Please see our visitors page.
