My son or daughter is unhappy on their course at Aberystwyth University. What can I do?

While students are encouraged to talk to their personal tutor about issues with their course, they may feel awkward about doing so, and may prefer to talk to somebody outside their department.

The student advisers in Student Support Services run drop-in sessions Mon-Fri 2-4 pm during the academic year. Students are welcome to come to reception on the ground floor of the Student Welcome Centre and ask to talk with one of our advisers, who can discuss their options with them.
