What happens after I register with the Wellbeing Service?

We will carefully assess the information you have given us, and contact you to arrange an appointment. We will usually contact you the next working day.

Please note that paper forms and forms completed in Welsh may take slightly longer for us to process. Please check your University email address regularly and be aware that telephone calls from our service may appear as withheld or private.
