What information will Aberystwyth University share with my parents?

Parents and supporters sometimes expect to be kept informed, especially when they are financially supporting their son or daughter, however you are legally an adult and, in accordance with Data Protection legislation, the University will respect the privacy of your information.

This means that we will not give information about you to your parents unless you have given us permission to do so, subject to exceptions relating to safety and legality.
