I have forgotten my voice mail PIN, what should I do?

Change your PIN by calling your Voice mail from your phone

Familiarise yourself with the guidelines for setting your PIN (What are they?)
Access your Voice mail inbox (How do I do that?)
Select Option 4 – Setup Options
Select Option 3 – Preferences
Select Option 1 – Change PIN
Follow the instructions and Save your new PIN
If you are unable to change your PIN using these methods, please contact Information Services (How do I do that?)

Please note: You can only change your PIN once every 30 minutes
