Click on the Content Menu in the panel on the left and select Media Library.
Expand the Categorised category on the left by clicking on the plus sign next to it.
Expand the Departmental category in the same way.
Scroll down to find the appropriate sub-category for your department and expand it.
Click on the appropriate sub-category where your PDF should be stored.
Click on the 'Add media' button at the top right of the page.
The 'Media details' screen opens.
Click on the box next to the text 'Media file' and find the PDF on your computer that you wish to upload. Click on the Open button. Alternatively, find the file on your computer and drag it onto the box.
Type a name for the PDF in the Name box – this could be the PDF's filename.
Type the text to be used as the link text for the PDF into the Description box. You may wish to include (PDF) at the end of the text so that users are aware that they are clicking on a link to a PDF file.
Click the 'Save changes' button at the bottom to finish.
The PDF will now be uploaded into the Media Library ready to insert into the content for your page.
