How do I review my email list?
You must be the owner or an editor of an email list to review it
- Sign in to Manage My Account (Where can I do this?)
- Click View and manage my email lists
- Click Edit List on the email list you wish to review
When you are emailed advising that a list needs to be reviewed:
- Consider whether the list is still required. If it is no longer required please disable it (How do I do that?)
- Consider if you should still be the editor of this list. If it should be someone else please contact Information Services (How do I do that?)
- Review the list details to ensure that they are current and correct:
- List editors
- List members
- List posters
- Subject prefix
- Description
- Tick I have reviewed membership and posters for this list and confirm that it is still required
- Click Submit Changes
- This will automatically renew the list for another twelve months
