How do I review my email list?

You must be the owner or an editor of an email list to review it

  • Sign in to Manage My Account (Where can I do this?)
  • Click View and manage my email lists
  • Click Edit List on the email list you wish to review

When you are emailed advising that a list needs to be reviewed:

  • Consider whether the list is still required. If it is no longer required please disable it (How do I do that?)
  • Consider if you should still be the editor of this list. If it should be someone else please contact Information Services (How do I do that?)
  • Review the list details to ensure that they are current and correct:
    • List editors
    • List members
    • List posters
    • Subject prefix
    • Description
  • Tick  I have reviewed membership and posters for this list and confirm that it is still required
  • Click Submit Changes
  • This will automatically renew the list for another twelve months
