Teams:

• Open the Calls tab in teams and click on Voicemail in the top right hand corner.
• Click the three dots next to the voicemail you wish to delete and then select Delete.

VOIP Phones:

Calling your Voice mail inbox from your phone:

• Cisco 7911
• Select the Msgs option on your phone
• Enter your Voice mail PIN and press #
• Press 3 to delete the message

• Cisco 7941
• Select the line you want by pressing one of the buttons on the right
• Press the Messages Key
• Enter your Voice mail PIN and press #
• Press 3 to delete the message

Calling from another phone on campus

• Dial 2435 and at the greeting press the asterisk key (*)
• Enter your extension and press #
• Enter your PIN and press #
• Press 3 to delete the message

Calling from an external phone

• Dial (+44) 01970 62 2435 and at the greeting press the asterisk key ( * )
• Enter your extension and press #
• Enter your PIN and press #
• Press 3 to delete the message
• Once you have entered your extension and your PIN follow the menu tree to listen to and delete any messages
