Why can’t I see my list of tutees in Aladdin?
- The list of tutees shown in Aladdin is fed through directly from AStRA.
- If a tutee is not assigned to you in AStRA then they will not be displayed.
- Please check with your department that you have been assigned the correct tutees in AStRA.
- If you are marked down as their tutor on AStRA and still unable to see the list, please report the issue to Information Services by email or phone (How do I do that?).
- Please note that you will not be able to access Aladdin unless you have access to AStRA. (How do I do that?)
