How do I add Welsh content to a web page in the CMS?
- Log in to the CMS at https://cms.aber.ac.uk/.
- Click on the globe icon in the grey bar at the top of the screen and select Cymraeg.
- Find the Welsh version of the appropriate section and click on it.
- Click on the Content tab.
- Click on the appropriate piece of content which is currently called Not translated.
- Note: As with section names, if you move your mouse over the words Not translated in the list of content you will see what the content is called in English. This is particularly useful if there is more than one piece of content marked as Not translated.
- Give the content a name, a Welsh title and some Welsh text in the body.
- Click on the Save changes button.
Note: If your page has a lot of formatting, you can swap language while you have the content open, so that you can copy the English Body and paste it into your Welsh version. This should only be done when you have the Welsh text ready.
