How many sessions can I have with a Wellbeing Practitioner?

The focus of the Wellbeing Service is on supporting students to take responsibility for their wellbeing and develop self-reliance and autonomy. 

We work with students:

  • to build resilience and develop a toolkit of skills to help them manage their lives at University and beyond.
  • to explore their current resources and future hopes - helping them to look forward and use their own strengths to achieve their goals.

As such, the support we offer is usually time-limited and for most students we will provide a workshop for a range of issues including anxiety and low mood / depression or fewer than 6 one to one appointments.
