How do I create a Panopto Assessment folder for a module? (Staff)

Folders with restricted access are useful for recording presentations and oral examinations directly through Panopto.

Only staff on the Blackboard course can access Panopto Assessment folders. Students can not see the contents of Assessment folders.

Go to https://panopto.aber.ac.uk and Sign in using Blackboard using your AU username and password.

• Go to Browse on the left-hand side and My Folders

Click on the Add folder button

• Give the folder a name: e.g. presentations
• Click on the name of the folder
• Click on the three dots in the top right-hand side of the screen

• Select Share
• Click on Change at the top of the screen
  
  

• Click on Stop Inheriting

• Click on the cross next to the Viewer group
• Click Save and then Done.

You can now record into this folder.
