How do I add a logo to my email signature to show I am a Welsh speaker or learner? (Outlook)
There are two options for adding a Welsh speaker or Welsh learner badge to your signature. You can either generate a new signature with a Welsh badge (how do I do that?), or you can add the badge to a signature you've already made yourself.
To add a Welsh speaker/learner badge to a new signature, or one you've already created yourself:
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- Choose File from the menu
- Select Options
- Go to the Mail tab
- In the Compose messages section, choose the Signatures button next to Create or modify signatures for messages
- Click New or select an existing signature that you want to add a picture to
- Position the cursor where you want to insert the picture and click the insert image button on the right hand side
- Browse for the image and click OK
- Click OK on the Signatures and Stationery window to save the signature
