How do I add a logo to my email signature to show I am a Welsh speaker or learner? (Webmail)

There are two options for adding a Welsh speaker or Welsh learner badge to your signature. You can either generate a new signature with a Welsh badge (how do I do that?), or you can add the badge to a signature you've made yourself.

To add a Welsh speaker/learner badge to a new signature, or one you've already created yourself:

• Sign in to webmail
• In the top right corner of the screen, click the Gear icon
• At the bottom of the tab click View all Outlook settings
• Under Email click Compose and reply
• Under Email signature click to place the cursor where you want the picture to go
• Click the Insert pictures inline icon (top left of the signature box)
• Browse to the image you want to use and click Open
• Click Save
