How do I add appointments to my calendar? (Outlook)

  • Go to calendar in outlook via the button on the bottom left of the window
  • Click the new appointment button in the top left corner

  • In the subject field of the new window, input a clear and concise title for your appointment
  • Input a location if necessary
  • Put in a start and end time via the minature calendars and the adjacent digital clocks
  • In the text box below put any information about your appointment
  • Click the Save & Close button in the top left corner of the window
