When will digitised material be available?

Digitisation requests are dealt with in date order received. Each request takes time to process for copyright checking, scanning and preparation for delivery. To ensure delivery in time for teaching, we advise academic staff/module convenors to check and publish their reading lists by the following deadlines:

Distance Learning modules	30 June
Semester 1 modules	31 July
Semester 1 and 2 modules (taught over both semesters)	31 July
Semester 2 modules	30 November

The digitisation service encounters heavy demand during certain times of the academic year. We cannot guarantee digitisation requests will be available for teaching if lists are revised and published after the above deadlines.
